As a long time student of Kreger Taekwondo, we feel passionate about sharing the benefits of training there. Master Kreger is just that, a master, at so many things. She is an amazing guide and teacher to her students. She knows when to push them and when to give them space. She cares about her students and about helping them succeed. She has a personal stake in helping them become the best version of themselves they can be, teaching lifelong lessons and skills. She cares equally about her community and sharing her message with others, even teaching our Girl Scout Troop a kid's self defense class.

 

Our daughter copes with anxiety, particularly in group settings. Master Kreger takes the time to check-in with both her and myself on a regular basis to ensure she feels comfortable. She has made a direct impact on our lives. She is a compassionate and strong leader, and role model.
